For Amazon, Takealot, Apple, and Samsung, search or browse on Vanguard and we resolve the item price plus international freight, customs clearance, destination duties, and our procurement service fee. SHEIN uses your shared cart link; China shops use an RFQ.

For Alibaba, 1688, and Temu, submit a China sourcing RFQ instead — you receive a reference quote, pay Vanguard's sourcing fee in full to unlock your pack, then pay the supplier and freight forwarder separately.

The total you confirm at checkout is what you owe Vanguard before collection — not a partial estimate.

Amazon and SHEIN orders often route through our Dubai hub. Takealot orders use South Africa to Zimbabwe freight. China Direct and 1688 use dedicated air cargo schedules with tiered ETAs.

Each route uses published rate cards by product category - electronics, general goods, batteries, and other classes are priced accordingly.

Our team procures through verified sourcing accounts, ships to the appropriate hub, and manages customs clearance. You receive status updates and can track milestones until delivery or pickup.
