Informal runners and WhatsApp deposits got people shopping internationally - and left too many scammed, ghosted, or waiting months without a clear story. TikTok vents were not outliers; our Instagram polls confirmed the same pain.
Borders got harder: crackdowns at Beitbridge, seizures on smuggled loads, and duty rules that bite when goods go above rebates (including higher scrutiny around higher-value parcels). Delays often meant customs - not “the runner is busy” - and clients rarely heard the full truth.
The idea for a formal platform already existed. Your votes proved demand and shaped what we shipped: registered checkout, product + shipping + duty + delivery before you pay, and a path for runners to upgrade - not disappear.
Hundreds of Instagram votes shaped Vanguard Digital before launch - from trust and duties to Takealot at the door and who wants to earn as an affiliate.

Joined our runner poll for passive income - not just watching
Vanguard Digital grew beyond WhatsApp deposits into a registered path for honest imports - Amazon, SHEIN, Takealot and more - with product, shipping, duty, and Harare delivery in one quote before you pay. Pick a store, search or share your cart, and track procurement through customs to your door.
The standards we hold ourselves to - tap Learn more on a tile. Opening another closes the first.
Shoppers and runners co-built this - we answer like humans.
We create space for every shopper and runner, building trust with clear quotes and honest WhatsApp updates.
We keep growing ourselves, our partner network, and Zimbabwe’s access to fair imports - celebrating wins on both sides of the border.
We give and receive feedback with care, respect, and candor - because opaque deposits are how people got hurt.
Transparency before you pay. No surprise duty at the door.
We are fully committed to transparent shopping — linking every feature to full landed price before payment.
We maximize positive change by replacing guesswork with registered checkout, tracking, and clear duty estimates.
We grow the business to increase impact - and impact drives how we serve more homes across Zimbabwe.
Quote → pay → clear → deliver. End-to-end, tracked.
We act quickly - smart, creative, and lean - so packages move from store to Harare without radio silence.
We care deeply about the work: procurement, clearance, hub handoff, and the message you get at each step.
We either win the delivery or we learn - and we tell you the truth either way.
We are committed to clear landed pricing, registered payments, and live WhatsApp tracking - so shoppers choose with full information, and Affiliate Runners earn without carrying border risk alone.
