Landed pricing, tracking, and what to do if someone asks for a private deposit

This page is for buyers. Use it before you pay anyone - especially if a “runner” wants money in a personal WhatsApp chat instead of Vanguard checkout.

Landed pricing before you pay

On Vanguard, your quote shows product cost, international shipping, import duties, and our service fee together — so you know the full doorstep number before checkout. If someone only quotes “item + cheap shipping” in a private chat, that is not a Vanguard quote.

Tracking you can prove

A real order gets a Vanguard order number (VG-…) and a tracking link with WhatsApp updates from confirmation through clearance and delivery. Keep those two pieces - they are what support can look up.

If someone asks for a private deposit

No Vanguard order number and tracking link = not a Vanguard order. We can't help if you paid someone privately. Only orders with a Vanguard order number and tracking link are covered by Vanguard support and delivery guarantees. Never send EcoCash, bank, or cash to a personal number “because it’s faster.” Official checkout or an official Partner referral link only.
